Qarux QM3 Ember and Oak began with a simple belief: that the candles in your home deserve the same care and intention you bring to everything else you love. Each candle is hand-poured in small batches in our Portland workshop, made with natural soy wax and fragrance blends chosen for their warmth and depth.
We pour because we care—about the quality of what reaches your hands, the hours you spend by candlelight, and the quiet moments that matter most.

Small-batch means every pour is attended to. We choose soy wax for its clean burn, its ability to hold fragrance, and the way it releases scent thoughtfully into a room rather than overwhelming it.
No two batches are identical—there's a maker's hand in every candle, a quiet variation that comes from real work. That's what handmade means to us: the opposite of perfect uniformity, and the presence of care.
